Political polls coverage has become truly exhausting as of late, and we at Labor 411 need a break. It’s an historic time for baseball as two teams that have been in a World Series drought for decades will go at it in the final game of the series tonight. The odds? According to FiveThirtyEight, it’s pretty much a tossup.

Their latest numbers have the Cleveland Indians as a 54 percent favorite to win it all. If you’re a true stats geek, they’ve got even more numbers in their latest article on the game.

Whoever you’re rooting for, it’s been nice knowing there are more than a few union-made elements to the series as well. The MLB players’ uniforms are union made and the players themselves are a part of the MLBPA.

Also, the staff serving up the grub at both stadiums are union represented as well! SEIU and Unite Here at Wrigley for the Cubs and SEIU at Progressive Field for the Indians.

Game time is only few hours away. Don’t miss what’s sure to be an unforgettable moment in sports history.
