Multi-billion dollar corporations have been accused of being out of touch with the realities that employees face.

Case in point: this sample budget by McDonald's to its employees.

Not only is the person required to work two jobs according to the budget, but some items are completely ridiculous.

Who pays only $20 for insurance? Health care alone could wipe out the "monthly spending money" of $800.

Take a look for yourself and let us know what you think:

No cost for food? Are they eating only free McDonald's?

What about taxes? State/Fed/SSI/Medicare? That's like 25% off the top right there, or about $500. And you are expected to work 2-40 hour a week jobs? How long can a human keep that up? $0 for heat? More like $300. All the figures are horribly skewed. They must be joking at $20 a month health care, more like $400.

Heating $0? - in the Midwest when temps are below zero?
Rent $600? - get real! More like $1200 minimum

Where is cell phone cost of $75-120?
Day care expenses? Where arare they?
Gasoline for the car plus maintenance?
