There’s a saying, “If unions are so bad, why do companies spend billions fighting them?”
Surely it’s not to “protect” employees. Companies don’t have that kind of love for their workers.
The real reason is that corporations know that they can’t do as they please to workers if a union is involved.
That’s why companies like Boeing spending millions on union-busting “consultants” and propaganda. They want to have free reign over employees.
Brainwashing videos like the one below are one of the reasons that companies succeed in convincing employees to vote against their interests by saying no to unions.
And, sadly, it works all too often.
