The Ethical Father’s Day BBQ

This year, Father’s Day will be different for a lot of people. Even as America reopens and starts to confront the “new normal” of life during a pandemic, many of us are still trying to limit contact and observing the shelter-in-place requirements. For those of us who get to spend Father’s Day sheltering with the dad in our life, Labor 411 suggests a celebration that no self-respecting pop can refuse: a barbecue. That’s right…with the weather heating up, throw some meat on the grill and lift a union-made beer to dad. This time, maybe he’ll even let you work the grill (or maybe he won’t). The fixings for the ethical father’s day BBQ listed below are made by companies that treat their workers fairly and give them a voice on the job.

Happy Father’s Day and let’s all help grill our way to a stronger America.
