Few things are as cringeworthy as company videos on union organizing and unions in the workplace. We’ve seen videos by Target and Lowe’s in the past. And now we have a contribution from Boeing as the employees are organizing at its South Carolina operations.
Watching videos like these makes us wonder where these companies find the money to produce these videos, hire actors, and so on. After all, employers so often complain they can’t afford to pay workers higher wages, yet they somehow always find money for union-busting activities.
