House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is ready to impeach President Donald Trump if the Cabinet and Vice-President Mike Pence fail to invoke the 25th Amendment.

“Do they stand by these actions?” Pelosi asked during a press conference. “Are they ready to say that for the next 13 days this dangerous man can do further harm to our country?”

Senator Chuck Schumer also said that he would call for impeachment if the 25th Amendment is not invoked.

“If the vice president and the Cabinet refuse to stand up, Congress should reconvene to impeach the president,” Schumer said.
