This Chart Shows Why Republicans Really Push for “Right to Work” Laws

When Republicans speak about “right to work” laws, they talk about their concern for workers’ “freedom of choice.”

 If you think that Republicans pour millions of dollars and countless manhours into pushing for these laws because they have workers on their mind, then I have a bridge to sell you.

As the Wikipedia chart below shows, “right to work” laws destroy union density. Republicans know that. And that is why they will do all that is in their power to try to enact the legislation.
