Finding a fast food restaurant that pays workers a decent wage is no easy task. But such restaurants do in fact exist. And they make some of the best burgers in the country. Below are three of our favorites. While they are not located everywhere, they are definitely worth trying out if you’re in the area. Happy eating!
1. In-N-Out

Minimum pay: $10.50 an hour.
According to In-N-Out’s website, “we start all our new Associates at a minimum of $10.50 an hour for one simple reason…you are important to us! And our commitment to a higher starting wage is just one of the ways in which we show it.”
